As it stands, the current system is neither a free market or state-run system, leading to a middle ground that makes it easy to bankrupt Americans while earning record profits. It has led to a health care system that is the most expensive in the world, yet American health outcomes are worse than nearly any other industrialized country in the world. Its time for a new health care system for all.
